How it works

01: Plan your reset

Tell us where, when + who’s joining.
Submit an inquiry with your location, group size + preferred session length via our inquiry form. We’ll confirm availability and help finalize the details of your experience.

02: We Come to you

We bring everything to you.
Our team delivers and sets up the sauna + cold plunges at your location. All we need is a level space for the sauna and access to a water spigot — we take care of the rest.

03: Enjoy your Reset

Get hot. Get cold. Repeat.
Our team stays on-site throughout your entire experience, so everything is taken care of while you sauna, cold plunge, lounge + enjoy your time together. When your session is over, we handle teardown too.

    • Private Finnish sauna for up to 12 guests

    • Two cold plunges chilled from 48-55°F for ultimate refreshment

    • Towel service for your group

    • Rinse-off shower

    • Sauna aromatherapy with essential oils for an elevated heat experience

    • Lounge chairs for relaxing between sauna and cold plunge rounds

    • Delivery, setup, and operation — everything prepared so you can relax

    • Towels are provided and required but guests are encouraged to bring their own.

    • Sandals

    • Refillable water bottle

    • Swimsuit or athletic wear suitable for heat and cold exposure

    • We require a flat, level space about the size of a standard parking spot (approximately 9 ft × 19 ft) is required for the sauna trailer, plus nearby space for the cold plunge setup.

    • Access to a water hookup for filling the cold plunges

    • Electricity isn’t required, though it’s recommended for events over 4 hours to ensure our chillers keep the plunges perfectly cold throughout your experience.
